We had a very special Valentine's Day with our two little girls! They made out like bandits this year getting all kinds of treats (and clothes!) from loving grandparents and Mommy and Daddy. I made everyone pink heart-shaped pancakes for breakfast (which turned out pretty darn cute, I must say)!! My husband bought me a beautiful bouquet of roses, hard to believe it was the 9th anniversary since he proposed! Later that day we took the girls on a date to the movies to see "Hotel for Dogs". It was Addie's first movie, and she sat through about 3/4 of it before she let everyone know she was done - so Daddy took her outside and let Reagan and Mommy finish the movie. Dinner for the girls was a treat, McDonalds chicken nuggets and apple dippers (which Reagan calls "Old McDonalds") Then it was off to bed early so that Mommy and Daddy could have a romantic dinner. Chris has made it a tradition to cook for me on Valentine's Day (isn't my husband awesome?!) This year he made New York Steak; Lobster with Lemon butter; Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with tomato, mozz, and basil; and broccollini! YUM! We were so full that he couldn't make the Bananas Foster for dessert, so we saved it to share with the girls! I feel so blessed to have so much love in my life!!
